Hopefully I can get some help before i19 hits and every single enhancement in the game gets bought by someone redoing their build for free stamina and incarnate powers.

Dark/Shield Build Thread
I've finally gotten my coveted Spines/Dark Armor scrapper to level 50, and the time has come for me to deck him out in glorious IOs - and progress him into Incarnate content.
The problem is, I've got no idea where to start. This will be the first character I've ever built with a plan in mind - my Dark Melee/Shield Defense scrapper has a bunch of IOs, but they're haphazard, purchased because they were available, not as pieces in an organized plan.
My main objectives for my Spines/Dark are, in order of importance:
1. Make him End-Sustainable (I don't want to be staring at an empty blue bar, or be eating blue inspirations like candy just to be able to fight - though I recognize that I won't be able to ignore endurance completely like a Willpower scrapper would).
2. Make him very resilient to damage (I'd like to be able to fight indefinitely against large (x8 difficulty) groups of enemies, relying on Dark Regeneration to recover lost health).
3. Give him powerful offensive capabilities (Though this shouldn't be hard, I want to be able to mow through groups of enemies with the devastating AoE capabilities of Spines and Dark Armor)
His travel power is likely going to be Super Jump (flight is out of character for him, as is teleportation, and I can't stand Super Speed). He's a Hero right now, but I am probably going to turn him into a Rogue to get the AoE confuse power for role-play reasons (though I'm also debating the AoE fear as a Vigilante, so I can stack it with Dark Armor's fear aura).
I have roughly 500 million influence to spend, but I can always earn more if needed.
ANY help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I want this guy to be the crowning jewel of my CoH lineup.
