I believe I am appropriately dressed and celebrated in the same fashion.
While I have been a billionaire through out my career with earnings and non-liquid assets combined, I have never had 1 billion influence on hand at any given time.
I would like to take the time to blame casual play of my level 50, casual flipping and drinking of marektears™, lucky drops, craft > sell > profit drops worth my time, and that casual purpled out Warshade that just had to purchased my wares.
