Hello. I am working on a shield/elec tank for i19 and have just reached 27 (I had some net issues last 2 weeks ) and so I am starting to plan my sets. I have really only been mucking around with mm's for the last 4 years so I don't have much experience with this sought of thing and I would be very interested in what other people can come up with.
I am using 2 builds, 1 solo the other team so assume this build is for teaming only. I am taking every shield power plus thunder strike, chain induction and lightning rod. I will take cj + hurdle for getting around in mish (and extra defense). I have access to 415mil right now I could probably get that up to 500mil if needed. I would like to softcap defense and reduce end as much as possible. Thanks in advance for any assistance given.
