Help with DP/Pain build

Hello all,

I am not an avid poster on these forums but I was wondering if the community could help me with a DP/Pain build.

My toon is currently lvl 50 and has been a blast to play, but I am looking to make him more durable. I am looking to soft cap defense if even possible, keep a high rengen/recovery rate since I burn alot of endurance using DP's attacks. I would also like to have fly as a travel power. (So I can travel around Granville with ease). Everything else, I am open to.

I know most people feel that there are better secondaries to team with DP to get better results, but since he is lvl 50, I would like to salvage him.

P.S. I forgot to mention that I would like this to be a solo build and assume infamy is not an issue. I'm hoping with the changes in i19 and the Incarnate system, he can at least hold his own against Elite Bosses cause right now, it's 50/50.
