Sick i19 KM/SR build with Perma Hasten

Recently returned to CoH to check out the expansion and been playing with Mids during the downtime, trying out some scrapper builds. Came up with this and it looks great on paper, hoping someone that is experienced with KM would look it over since I haven't used kinetic melee yet. If I understand correctly how it works should be starting a new power siphon almost immediately after the last one wears off, which should easily come out to over 100% bonus damage. Enough speed to keep a very simple Smashing blow, body blow, quick strike dps chain. Guessing it should come out to over 200dps, haven't used the set enough to come up with solid numbers. Seven free slots there to fix up health and stamina with numina's and performance shifter.

Burst on a 4 second timer with power siphon kicked in should make for decent aoe, and has energy torrent for a little extra.

Only real downside, besides expense, is no heal, but I personally have never had an issue with popping inspirations.

You could pull one slot from Conserve power and pop it in a defense power for the Kismet +to hit IO. I would also prefer a little more +HP in my build, but you might not. Looks pretty fair though. Also no reason to slot a recharge in Practiced Brawler... It doesn't give you any extra bonus double stacked besides extra mez protection, which one stack will do just fine. Keep the endurance reduction in there.

4 slotting health and stamina? Then you will have one slot left over. So, with the slot from conserve power, the slot from practiced brawler, and the leftover slot from health/stam, you have 3 slots to use as you please. Why not slot Combat Jumping with a Winter's Gift Slow res. That will give you 60% slow resistance, not too shabby.

These are some thoughts that might help you improve.



Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.

Thanks, took the advice, all of it, though couldn't find way to do much on the health front. Swapped agile back to 3 piece lotg for health bonus capping that one. 3 piece Numina and 4 piece performance will both have health, only other way I see is to get some accolades.
