Issues respecing toon in the Praetoria side....

The issues that I'm having is that it won't let me respec my character by doing the /respec in Imperial City or even when I go to John Snow I still get "RespecFail". I still have my tokens to respec, its just not letting me respec my character in Imperial City, Nova Praetoria, or in Neutropolis. I've logged out and in several times and still get it; so why cant I respec my toon???????

Silly question here - did you actually claim the respec token? If they're just sitting in vet rewards, they're not actually available to use yet, you need to claim it just like you would the nemesis/blackwand/sands/pets.

(Edit: Also, the only ones you can use /respec on are freespecs - won't work with the vet respecs.)

Not a silly question, yes I did claim the tokens, now as far the /respec I did that after I saw that I kept getting the RespecFail when I when to John Snow in Imperial City just wanted to make sure i wasn't going nutzo....
