claw/regen scrapper looking for suggestions

hey guys im just looking for suggestions on how to improve my claw/regen scrapper, ive been playing for some time now and just want to see what i can do to get the most out of it.

Few things jump out at me.

1. Pick up Follow Up.
2. FF proc in kick will only have a chance to fire when you kick.... and I hope you ain't doin that often.
3. Could go for +Recharge instead of smathering of defense, and just grab shadow meld.
4. If you get perma Hasten, you get perma Dull Pain, and Perma Capped HP. No need for +HP bonuses.

Most regen builds focus on +recharge and then some defense. If you want to rock the boat, be my guest, but there is a reason people follow the masses.

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.

do you have a build i can see with this perma Dull pain and when you mean shadow meld you mean the soul mastery right

You don't need perma Hasten to have perma Dull Pain. All you need is 3 recharge IOs in Hasten and 55% global recharge. My Claws/Regen has perma DP and I'm not even close to perma Hasten.

I concur on picking up Follow Up, though. if you can consistently keep it double stacked you have a 75% damage boost all the time.

And yes, Shadow Meld is a Soul Mastery power. You have to go full villain in order to run the arc to get it.

Thank you claws that explains alot, hopefully my new build works out alot better then the old one will take me time to get the enh needed but all good things take time.
