Hello I'm looking for a reasonably priced Kat/wp build. I'm no good with this and do not have time to learn right now. I don't need or particular want a travel power, though I would like to have CJ in the build. I don't want to be a god or av soloer just good at soloing and useful to a team. Thanks for any help.
