To me it looks like a really good pair...
Claws- Super light on end, fast action times, good concept for a lightning fast toon.
Elec armor- End monster, I never run outta end on mine. Just slot some s/l def in there, and its set.

My 50s: Perfect Predator - Claws/SR Scrapper, Heavy Static - SS/Elec Brute, BlackLce - Ice/Dark Corruptor, Prickles' - Spine/WP Scrapper, Arbiter Kaverius - SOA Crab, Frost Hood - Ice/Rad Controller.
I've been wondering if a claws/electric armor brute would be good. I was only a controller in my past time but i want to get into the battle and not on the side.
