No helmets for Arachnos Soldier Costume?

I could have sworn I've seen a screenshot where Arachnos Soldiers in thier first costume slot could take thier helmets off. What happened to that?

Widows can, Wolf on the other hand, cannot. You "might" have seen a widow with Soldier basic colors.

The Arachnos NPCs are sometimes seen with their helmets off. Player Wolf Spiders, unfortunately, do not have this option.

What you MIGHT have seen is a screenshot that I doctored, showing a Wolf Spider with her helmet off, for a post in the costume requests thread. (I was asking for that capability)
