Looking for Set IO critiques and suggestions

Hey, I've recently discovered that I'm not the most imaginative when it comes to eeking the most out of Set IO builds. So while I know plenty about what I'm doing gameplay-wise, the set IOs still throw me for a loop. Predominately, I think my problem is I get caught up going for bonuses that, in the grand scheme of things, probably don't matter too much, like menial resistance or regeneration on a blaster.

So, take a look at my build if'n you would please. I'm currently level 42, but nowhere near to this - This will be a level 47 respec build, though I do have certain small pieces here and there that I've gotten through drops. So, before I go doing something dumb, maybe offer any advice you may have.
