Title says it all. i love that i can sap. but how is the damage, compared to other dom powersets?

Well Elec control is fairly low on the damage, but Elec Assault has absolutely fantastic single target damage. The AoE on it is relatively low, but the Single target is on the same level as Fire and Energy.
