Wedding Pack 'bug' + Others

First, the Wedding Pack's Hair part, the veil, seems to be lacking an inner colour choice, so no matter what, the inside of the veil is white.

Also, the Omega skin texture for the Lower Body will always reset to default when opening the tailor.

The same happens with the right hand weapon choice for certain powersets, most often the gun, specifically the Magnum will also revert to the regular black pistol.

Only for the right hand for some reason...

Occasionally this will happen on login, instead of only in the tailor.
