Can I change my 2nd build powers?

A respec changes whichever build you have currently active.
There is no way to specifically say "respec build 1" or "respec build 2;" just show up at the respec officer with the build you want to change.
Main Hero: Chad Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1396 Badges
Main Villain: Evil Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1193 Badges

I made a 2nd build recently for some of my villain toons. Mostly to have them solo the rogue tip missions. I left out some powers I rather have instead. How can I change my 2nd build powers? Someone mentioned doing a respec. But how would I know if the 2nd build is being replaced and not my first? I don't want to mess with my first build.....I like that one alot. Thanks much in advance.
