The reason for the post is that I've read a few discussions about the difficulty of getting the badge and asking to have the safeguard/mayhems added to the flashback system.
So, here goes...
You've just gone rogue or vigilante or moved in from Praetoria and getting those safeguard/mayhem exploration badges you've missed can be a chore.
I want to help you get the Atlas Park badge. Maybe if this is popular others will try the same for Kings Row, Skyway and Steel Canyon.
Here's my idea/plan.
I will get the AP safeguard with my level 9 character. At a specific time I will be at the PPD van. Anyone that needs the badge shows up. When I get a full team (and there is a decent queue of others) everyone but I will enter, get the badge and exit. As each character exits they quits the team and I invite the next person in line. We continue to do this until everyone has the badge or time runs out or the mission fails because the villains escaped. I imagine we'd have a good 5 to 10 minutes before that happened?
Sound like an idea? Would anyone show up? If I get an affirmative I will set a date an time for the first run.

I went a step further than this with a friend, to get him all the mayhems in one day. I gotta say, it's huge amounts of work, more than you think it is.
I posted this on the Virtue board and thought I would post a pointer here. Give me your feedback at http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=238706
