I19 BS/SD Build and Questions

I'm using a BS/SD Scrapper which I plan to be my main, and I want to be able to use him to group in general, but also to be able to solo AVs and whatnot.

This is the 'final' build that he'll have, made with the I19 Mod:

I have several questions relating to this:
Any general advice for better slotting?

Is the attack chain Hack/Headsplitter/Hack/Disembowel going to use way, way too much endurance for me to maintain? (Some simple math has it costing something like 4 end/sec for the attack chain) Would replacing Physical Perfection with Conserve Power be sufficient for maintaining endurance?

Also, I have an alternative build with Combat Jumping/Super Jump instead of Assault/Maneuvers. Slightly different slotting, it maintains defcap and is basically -0.5 end/sec used, -10.5% global damage buff, -10% regen. Would that build be able to maintain the damage cycle, or would it too have to resort to conserve power?

Finally, whenever I activate Focused Accuracy with Chance to Build Up, it seems like it's engaging the Build Up effect, giving me +47.9% ToHit and +100% damage - this is a bug, yes?

Thanks for any help.

Bump about endurance concerns.

I've decided to go with Combat Jumping/SuperJump, mostly due to endurance concerns. This is the build I have now:

The problem I'm seeing is that even with conserve power, I don't think I'll have high enough uptime to recover fully, and even beyond that I think I'll run out before it recharges.

Using the Hack/Headsplitter/Hack/Disembowel attack chain (with 2.32 recharge on Hack), this is what I've got:

End Cost Consumption
Hack/HS/Hack/Dismebowel: 3.81 end/sec [7.656sec]
After toggles/recovery: 1.40end/sec drain [78.5sec 110->0]

With conserve power:
Attack: 2.05end/sec drain
After toggles/recovery: 1.04end/sec recovery [105.8sec 0->110]

Conserve power uptime: 90sec/178sec [down: 88sec/178sec]

Am I messing up somewhere? Is actually getting a 7.656sec attackchain unlikely? I'm using .22 end/sec recovery for perf shifter proc, and 3/4 that for panacea.

The main option I'm seeing for increasing recovery is to drop Build Up for Physical Perfection, but that's not an insignificant hit to DPS (and big number fun).

The only thing we know for sure about I19 is that stamina will become a pool power. Beyond that, Alpha slots and the Incarnate system could affect characters in ways that require re-thinking builds. The best you can do for now is guess and wait to adjust your build when exact information is released.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help than that.
