I'm in a bit of a pickle fellow Domineers. I've got a level 43 Ice/Elec that I've wanted to respec for a bit and with the new epics we were granted access too, I figured what better time than now. My first though was to go Ice Mastery for the sweet goodness that is Sleet and Ice Storm. I understand these powers are likely nerf bait and wont remain uber epic for long...but they still fit thematically... Which brings me to my second issue, the pyi epics! I was looking at them and they have WoC (world of confusion) and Link Minds...Will WoC stack with Arctic Air enabling me to confuse bosses in one tic? Will the confuse from WoC be affected by Domination!? WHere can I look for this info1!1!!1?
