NC Store Closed?

I'm trying to buy the GR Item Pack on NCstore and when I finish the transaction,and have to click to confirm,it says the store is unable and I have to try later or tomorrow.Is NC Store closed today?

Store's been hinky ever since pre-Issue 18 release.

Gets that way around Issue releases, I hear.

Give it another try later, it'll settle down eventually.
