SS/Elec Armor Build: Any suggestions?
What's the cost of that build?

My 50s: Perfect Predator - Claws/SR Scrapper, Heavy Static - SS/Elec Brute, BlackLce - Ice/Dark Corruptor, Prickles' - Spine/WP Scrapper, Arbiter Kaverius - SOA Crab, Frost Hood - Ice/Rad Controller.
Mine looks like that in quite a few ways. I have Kinetic combat and 2 sets of Obilterations.
Mine was also the only one of my Electric armors to take Power surge. Granted I rarely need to use it but i have it there just in case things get extra tough.
I think mine is around 28% S/L Defense and works great at that level. I skipped Weave and i went with the Mu powers instead of using the PPP as a mule. If your going to go dark like that and being electric you have tons of END might I suggest keeping Dark Oblit for its damage and take Darkest Night to boost the protections.
Also I do not take taunt on Brutes and would swap grounded in sooner.
While mine was about 200-300M because I was patient with the market and made some good bids. It is also my most expensive build.
Even before IO's SS/Elec is a lot of fun to play. Especially in the END draining 40+ game.

I'm contemplating this build for my SS/Elec Armor brute. It'll give me about 43% defense to S/L, and 34.5% defense to melee. My plan is to eventually place the Gladiator's Armor proc in there to boost overall defense. Any suggestions or ideas that can make this build better? Here it is:
