I finally got my DualPistols/EnergyManipulation toon (Second.Chance) up to 50, and now I'm looking at getting my favorite AoE ever up once every 30ish seconds. I'll be relying on AidSelf and a luck now and then to save my bacon, but hopefully the "kill them first and they can't hurt you" outlook will prove true. Any suggestions or improvements before I respec and start slotting?
