I was wondering why force of nature(in the epic pool for blasters) allows damage resistance enhancements but does not allow the damage resistance IO sets. It used to. Now it only allows targeted AoE damage and knockback IO sets. Which is really weird considering the power is not even an attack. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
