Quiet 80 mm fans?

For super quiet I find this on Newegg at 4.5dba... it's $12 and the quietest I could find. I doubt you could hear it if you put your ear next to it.
Any of these will also be nearly inaudible with the case closed.

My computer is slowly but surely driving my fiance out of her mind. It's been through some repairs lately and in the process, two of the 80 mm fans were replaced and the replacements are extremely loud. Can anyone make a recommendation for a nice, quiet high-quality brand of 80 mm fans? Thanks!
