Should I upgrade my Rig?

Should I upgrade to a new Rig? or just my video card?

Dell XPS 410
Intel Duo Core 2 6600 2.4 ghz
4gb of Ram(max ram)
Windows XP Media Center SP 3
NVidia Geforce 9400 (1 gb video ram PCI Express)
Hard Drive Sata 250 gb

It doese not play Ultra mode well. Regular CoX besides Pretoria it doese well. Bought it in 2007. Pretoria I play on Normal settings with it set at Performance. Or do you think I can squeeze a few more years out of it with a new video card? My last PC lasted 7 yrs before I upgraded. I got pretty good at odd ball tweaking.

Well, the new video card would help - assuming the power supply can handle what you want to put in (which it probably can.) See the "Got $200 to spend..." thread re: nVidia GTX460. (Considering it for one of my other systems that's not that far off, spec-wise, from yours - Athlon 64x2 2.8 Ghz dual core, 4 Gb RAM, etc. One - work system - is running a 9500, the other - my "old main rig" - is running a 7900.)

Going to need to upgrade the PSU to get a new video card of any kind to run Ultra Mode. 375W power supply is not going handle any card above what you have now.
