def cap on Fire/fire dom?

I have a 50 fire/fire dome that was in mothballs, but now with the new APPS I am going to take to hero side, my question is-- is it possible to soft cap defense on with a fire/fire dom? If so, please post a build or advise. Thanks.

I am going to take a guess at: No.

You could probably softcap to range, but only range.
