No access to Going Rogue stuff
Are you sure you didn't create a second account by accident by installing the game a second time? By your wording, you bought the box, installed the game, then applied the code. I would check your master account to make sure you don't have two on there (apparently it happens rather frequently. People hit the wrong button by mistake and make a second account when they meant to just upgrade).
I ask this because it sounds like you didn't upgrade your main game account. If you applied a code and it accepted, you should be able to play immediately. When I bought my box, all I did was enter the serial code after hitting the Upgrade Account button.
If you did create another account by mistake, CS will fix it. It will probably have to wait till Monday, though, being the weekend.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
The code you entered wasn't the game code, it was the perk code for the special enhancements or whatever it is being given out by EB. Your actual game code is in the quick reference manual.

Friday I picked up my copy at the local EB. Installed, entered the code, got the confirmation email.
