Check to see if they are in the 'Powers' section of your Power Tray.
On your Power tray click on 'Powers' then scoll down to the 'Inherent' box. They should be listed there. Just drag them to an empty power slot.

And I even tried re-entering the serial code.
It said the code has already been applied.
It sometimes takes a little time for the game servers to sync up with the store. If you didn't accidentally apply it to a second account to a second account, then I would expect to see it applied at some point today.
If not, then log in to your master account and start a support ticket.

I guess I'll have to wait.
I have purchased the Martial Arts super booster, but the pieces do not show up. It says the purchase has been confirmed on my account page, and I even got a confirmation email, but it doesn't work.
I also bought SS and Magic afterwards.
