Because of the server load, I have been playing on minimum, so I thought this was by design...so of a matrix affect.

Then today I found out otherwise. Same shot, different setting.

I am seeing the same thing. noticed it today. i would like to add that earler today i actualy logged in and could not see any 3d objects. i could see my ui but every thing else was black. i could target and see the names and target reticle but it was like the lights where out. sliding the gfx quality bar fixed it.

Yeah...I've seen that happen a couple times as well. I have a 1 gb graphics card, so I shouldn't be having issues.
