Hello Tech forum, I'm not sure if this question has been addressed before or not, but here it goes..

I'm having trouble getting screenshots to take, e.g. they always come out black. I have had this problem predating GoRo and i18, basically when I bought my laptop I ran into this problem.

System Specs:

Toshiba Satellite A505
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Preminum 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core Duo T6600 @ 2.20GHz

Short story: Vista/Windows7 sometimes screws up screenshots or saves them to weird subdirectories.

Go to Start Menu > Programs > Accessories > SnipIt

It's a smarter and better screenshotting tool.
