Yeah bout time. It was long enough for someone to get two maybe 3 shotted in the time you used it. If on a controller people could expect control being the priority anyway.

Somehow I didn't see this during beta, but Clear Mind has had its animation changed and its activation time substantially reduced.
It is now has a 1.00 activation time, and uses the 'Speed Boost' animation. Doesn't look too bad actually.
Used to skip the power on my Controllers, but might be worth a second look now.
