A solo sg need help getting the right things

Hello everyone,i making an solo sg and would like someone to help me with some of the basic thing i will need.

I started an little building but,decided to stop seeing i dont want to go tofar,and start spending on thing that are not needed right away.

You are never locked in to anything. you can sell back everything for whatever you paid for them (except for personal items like telepads) so get whatever you can afford.
