Game Crash When Zoning?

Alright, whenever I zone, especially into Talos and Port Oakes, the game kicks me out to the log in screen. It also happens other times, but primarily in these two places. It's like it just times out and kicks me. And it keeps happening, time and again. It's gotten to the point where I just don't wanna play because of it. Any ideas/recommendations/help??

I'm running at the minimum graphics quality at the moment.
AMD 1.6 GHz Processor
2 GB Ram
NVidia GeForce FX 5600 w/ 256 mgs of video ram
Windows XP SP3

I know it's not that great of a set up, but really. It should be working. *shrugs*
