*This is an RP event, but all are welcome to attend contests, etc...
*People will form teams, the teams will start clearing out Dark Astoria, attempting to earn badges and help people clear the DA map, etc...
*There will be a Costume Contest in Atlas after the event at 10pm (EST):
First place is 750 million.
Second place is 500 million,
Third place is 250 million
*This is RP'd as: The Lightning Strike Initiative leaders have a soft spot for Dark Astoria and would like to free the poor trapped spirits there. It is very likely that this event will occur every couple of months as they attempt to 'clean Astoria'.
