Possible to have a Mary MacComber type of AV fight?

I've been wanting create to a similar mission where you fought an Arch-Villian in rounds. Is this possible?

It is possible to chain boss or AV spawns, however you can not have them "seek and destroy" the player.

Nor can you control their spawn points in a reasonable manner.

The closest you could get is using the Johnny Hell map. Have the first encounter in the front spawn nearest the door, the next in the middle spawn in the tunnel and the rest using the back spawns in the main room.
