[edit] if enough recovery focused acc is great. and I like phys perfection. anything that curbs the blue bar can be good. That and the added regen is always a plus.
Honestly I have a hard time justifying taking any other epic for scraps. Course that may be me just stuck in my ways...

FA could easily be explained as you simply thinking faster and making minute adjustments as your target attempts to dodge. CP could be tapping into your inner "speed force" to not get tired. Physical Perfection is pretty much a combination of not getting tired and regenerating faster, so it works just as well. It's kind of hard to not think of a concept that couldn't use Body Mastery. It's like not being able to fit in Fitness: every theme is pretty capable of accommodating it with ease.
