Does Chain Induction still break with Damage Procs?

To my knowledge, yes.
I don't believe the proc fires beyond the first target, however.
The plastic tips at the end of shoelaces are called aglets. Their true purpose is sinister.

last I saw and tested (no idea how long ago this was, however) the procs could fire off after the first hit, which is nice.
