Seeking Critique/Suggestions for my SS/WP Build

This is just a rough draft and i'll probably change it based on any suggestions I get here. Basically what I am trying to do with my Brute is focus on softcapping defenses and maximizing recharge while throwing in plenty of end recovery to compensate for the many toggles ill be running. I accomplished the recharge/endurance goals but was only able to attain a moderate amount of NE/E/F/C defense. I'd like to keep all the powers in this build, but I am open to changing slots around and all that. Assume inf is not an issue (minus pvp recipes) Here is the build I have now:

Anyone at all?

Mostly what I want is to be able to Solo AV's/Heroes and take x8 spawns with this build. (If that's even possible.) Any advice from seasoned SS/WP players would be much appreciated.

Changed a few things with slots and you have 7% less recharge with this build but 10% more Defence and alot more HP and regen. also gave you phase shift for the OH crap moment with rage crash. I dont know if you thought about the accolades ? thats easy HP and End for the taking, just turn them off to see the unaccoladed version of this build. 7 sec foot stomp would be mean lol
