game freezes after new updates

You might want to post a cohhelper log to get some assistance, but I get some freeze lag as well running a GTX 260 OC. I have a feeling the graphics/textures, in the game might not be coded as best as they could've been, and may be causing some issues.
I can get upwards of 35-40 FPS smooth sailing one minute and in the same area, stutter and freezing visual lag at other times, in the same area.
I quit CoH about 3 months ago and just came back. Before i started CoH i uninstalled old drivers and installed new ones. It seems that my RAM isn't overflooded yet even on low population servers i get "freezing" lag all the time. Unloadgfx doesn't help.
3 months ago i didn't have such issues and i didn't change/install anything new on my computer except for new drivers. I know i don't have newest card (GeForce 7600 GT) but it worked fine till now. I am playing on same settings as i used to. Did i miss anything in this 3 months that would cause freezing?
