Ok guys, this is my first blaster, he's level 26 and will soon start getting some IO sets put in (I usually do them around 30). I know this has them all set to 50, just ignore that .

Hows it look? I'm going for heavy damage. I know I don't have tough/weave, but I do have some +defense sets in there, and took the ice shield, HoarFrost (heal) and Hibernate (Oh Sheeeeet button) for when I need to survive. A big part of my set focus was +Recharge, so I could have all my abilities ready quickly. You may wonder about the AE Sleep slotting, well the recipes are worth less than a million each, and I get 10% recharge out of the deal not too shabby!

Oh, the one-slot powers I'll probably just put common IO's in. Just forgot to slot them before posting.

Also, the slotting order is kind of not exact.
