Pretty straightforward. Looking to softcap, maintain /Ninj's cool tricks, and get as much +rech as possible. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like I'm doing too well on that last front. This is my first stalker build so I probably made some mistakes. I'm not averse to spending more money than this. Thanks in advance for any input.

Been working on something similar for my toon. Did a little mix/match and came up with this build.

To hit the high recharge and def requirements you will not have a true travel power.

Oh, and it's EXPENSIVE but does not have PVP io's.
