If by nerfs you mean the overall increase to all damage that doms do with any attack then yah Psi has been knocked off its perch.
Psi is still a good set but fire is generally higher damage now both in AoE and single target. However fire doesn't have the slowing debuffs that Psi does.
Fire/Psi's still a faster farmer than other Dom combos but you'd be silly to use a Dom as a farmer post-I15 unless you already have one. Brutes are just that much better.

I have been taking time off of the game and have no had time to re-activate my second account which has my perma-dom Fire/Psi from about 6 months ago. I was wondering, with all the nerfs to PSW, is fire/psi still the king of farming for doms? Or has another dom jumped up ahead due to the nerfs?
