Problems with Installing Mid's Planner

Hi I downloaded mids from http://www.cohplanner.com/, but when trying to instal the program, I keep getting error messages. Does the new mid work on Windows 7 x64?

Download the install file.

Locate it in My Computer or whatever.

Right click, Run as Administrator.

Run file.
