Most of the advice given here covers the PvE side of the game. I certainly have very little knowledge of the current PvP game myself.
I suspect you'll have greater luck asking your question(s) over in the PvP forums.

Hi i stopped playing the game around 1700 days ago(according to offline days lol) i recently started back up and now i have an ice/em tank simple b.c of one guy owning my stone brute in pvp when villains had a lvl 40 cap
. but now im gettin close to 50 and i have been reading that pvp is completly diff and there are a bunch of new enhancements. so could someone build me a pvp build. cuz im really lost now with tp being ganked and my defense is low.
