Any problems with bots masterminds?

I had issues on Monday night, zoned into a mission with another MM - demons. Bots wouldn't move, said they were responding to commands, but didn't. Dismissed, tried to resummon and failed. Realised they were still there, just not in my pets window. I zoned out of the mission and they reappeared in my window and moved ok.
I dismissed them and reentered the mission and resummoned. Everything was OK.
This has happened to me a few times. Only thing that seems to fix is zoning/logging until they all pop up on your window. It's pretty annoying when it happens.
I've never seen this before. Is this a new bug from one of the recent patches or I17?

Well I've just come back after taking a break for a few months. If you're having the same problem I was, then it was happening way before I17. I haven't played my MM since returning, so I don't know if it's something new.
Was having something similar to this, about 3 days ago.
Mission in RWZ: Strike Rikti Assault Group (spawn with leader Sal'tar or what's he called)
We decided to just find that 1 spawn, so I tried to dismiss all my Robot pets at the entrance.
The pets disappeared from the pet window, but were still standing by the entrance.
When we found the Rikti leader and his group, I tried to cast new pets, but that didn't work.
After completing and exiting the mish, the pets were back and also on my pet window, in RWZ next to the helicopter.
Had this problem last night. Friend also had it Sunday.
Bots would stop moving, attacking, or responding to commands.
Bots were still tp'able.
If you dismiss the bots and zone, they would come back/respawn.
If you dismiss them and resummon, the same bots would come back. Upgraded and... Unmoving.
Zoning wouldn't fix it.
Logging on and off wouldn't fix it.
Closing client would fix it.
After the 3rd restart last night I game up on my mastermind and switch to playing my widow.
