Login server down?

I've been trying to log in and play, but can't even get to the first pop-up where it would check for updates. This has never happened before, so I don't know if the login server is down or the last patch has caused some type of problem on my computer (Win 7, nVidia).

ARgh. Immediately after I posted this, it started working correctly. After not working for 15 minutes or so.

Heh, came up also as I wrote this

EDIT 2: Now when I clicked on Justice, it booted me back out saying I need to fill in my account field/Password.

So I did, and then it says, you are currently logged in, which I am not.
