I'm an idiot, please ignore me. I bought enhancements, not recipes. They were in my inventory. I'm leaving the original post below for archival purposes but there is no issue here.

I bought two rather expensive recipes and when I clicked get, the listing in WW went away, but my recipe inventory did not update. I closed the recipe window and reopened, no dice, I still did not have my expensive recipes.
I bought two cheap recipes and clicked get with the window open for one, and again, it does not appear. I clicked get with the recipe window closed, and my inventory updated. I submitted two petitions on that (I'd like that 3 mil influence back, or the recipies) but watch out when you're buying that you have the windows closed.
