Looking for BS/Regen Build

I have been searching the forums for awhile now, trying to find some type of guide for my BS/Regen (current issue build). I looked at different builds such as BS/SR, Kat/Regen, and so on. I still can't figure out what to do, trying to mix things up.

I will be focusing pvp mainly, influence is not too much of a problem. Currently lvl 43.

Any suggestions would be great. I rather not spend millions and then having to do it over again.

I am returning after a couple years of absence.
