Have DVD on one laptop..no CD drive on other...

Don't copy the DVD contents, copy your installation folder from your functional laptop. This way you don't have to do any patching after you copy the files over.
Then when you've got everything from your install folder copied over, copy-paste the CohUpdater file to your desktop (actually copy it, don't make a shortcut). Run the updater on your desktop and tell it to install to wherever you put the copied installation folder. It will twiddle around a little bit, and then you'll be good to go. You can delete the updater and garbage files it placed on your desktop. Run the game from the shortcut that installing created.

I am currently copying the DVD contents to the SD Card to transfer over to my laptop that has no CD\ROM.... Exactly what do I need to do from there?
I hate these forums because the search is horrible for this question.... I don't have time to scroll through all of the pages.
