Certain forms yes but "Pissing me off" is widely accepted as simply meaning upsetting me or making me angry and has nothing to do with bodily functions.
My point is that it's very possible to be stopped from using it that way in the MA because of the limitations of the filter. I can't have a contact say "Y'know those Wyvern guys? They really piss me off." but I can have an NPC say "You're pissing me off!". That lack of consistency is irksome. (Mind you, I could be remembering wrong on the specifics, but I know I've had some kind of problem like this before.)
