<omitor Recommendation?

All,

My new rig is up and running! Woo Hoo! I built it with my own two hands, AND there is NO SMOKE pouring out of it either!

But I am unhappy with the monitor that I bought. I got a Hanspree 25", (advertised with a 24.6" viewing area), but the part of the screen that actually shows anything is only 23". They are going to either tell me how to get 24.6" of ACTUAL visible area for this ****-er or it's going back, and I'm getting a FULL ****-ing refund.

Anyhoo... I may be wanting to buy a different monitor. I have about $250 - $350 to spend, and of course I want as large a monitor as I can get (WITHOUT the rip-off lie that claims a larger size than you actually get).

Suggestions please?

I have a Samsung 245BW and I've been happy with it since I've gotten it a year or two ago. I've owned a couple of Acers and they're pieces of ****.

So Samsung 245BW is my recommendation.

Just got a Samsung XL 2370 at best buy - marked down under $300 these days. 2ms response time...so far, so good! There's likely a 24/25" one in the same line you might find, if you want the extra width.
