This is actually just a question, but if the answer is what I hope it is, I might be able to help some fellow players that have asked me about this.
I've read through the Terms of Agreement (yeah, I actually read it ) and found a few things about not being able to distribute content for commercial purposes - which is totally understandable - but is there anywhere that says I can't make ringtones or system sounds from the audio files and just let my friends use them too if they wanted? For instance, if I started a thread on these boards saying "CoH/V Ringtones and System Sounds - Ask and ye shall receive!" would I be banned, removed, shunned, etc.?
